Welcome to the Carlow Military Museum blog.

Hi folks,

Thanks for taking the time to have a look at the page and for your interest in Carlow's Military Museum. We currently have an excellent new website under construction with great panoramic views of the interior of the museum.  In the meantime however why not drop in to the museum yourself in person and view the wide range of artifacts and displays we hold of local, national and international military interest spanning many centuries.  We are located in the old church on the grounds of St Dympna's Church, Athy Road, Carlow and we are open from 2 to 5pm every Sunday from mid March to late November.

This blog will be updated on a regular basis and feature news from the musuem, information of new displays/exhibits and feature interesting items that we hold in our collection.

Hope to see you at the museum soon.

On behalf of the museum staff.
